We may decline or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, incorrect checkout details, suspected fraud, or similar issues. Where applicable, a refund will be issued.
When you submit an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Orders shipped internationally may incur customs duties or import taxes — the customer bears sole responsibility for these charges.
Please note: customized or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once production has begun.
